Fine Wines

Since the 1200 A.D. the Vinoski Family has been making wines and meads, during these early years Poland extended from the Baltic Sea to the Black Sea and Warsaw, Rome, Paris were the culture capitals of the world. We made wines for royalty and now we ask ourselves “Why not make reserve wines for other wineries?

We produce the best wines from the first fruits, hand-sorting each grape. We ferment with the grapes natural yeasts, and then we use only the free run young wine, we do not press the wines to gain more bulk wine therefore our wines do not have the astringency from pressing. Next we use the finest French oak hand-selected barrels for aging. Our process provides high quality ‘shiners’ (no label) for others to sell from $15 to $100 a bottle. We have master winemakers from 2 generations ensuring the quality of our wines. Our process produces a drinkable young wine that can be cellared as long as you wish.

The wines have a firm tannin backbone that stabilizes the wine for decades. All this comes together because we employ natural fermentation techniques that are self-balancing and protect the grape berries natural acids. In blind tastings, these wines have stood up to wines that sell for 10-times the price. We only make what wine connoisseurs have stated are private reserve class wines.

When you purchase a Vinoski wine, we contribute 10% of the Gross Sales to fund The Vinoski Foundation, which is 100% efficient meaning that all funds get distributed. Our goal is to bless others as God would desire and do so enjoying the family passion of making wines.

Proverbs 3:9-10 “Honor the LORD from your wealth and from the first of all your produce; so your barns will be filled with plenty and your vats will overflow with new wine. This is our wish for you as well.
